Simply Wellness offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

International Orders 

Simply Wellness is proud to offer international shipping at reasonable and reduced rates to most anywhere in the world.  However, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Simply Wellness and thus cannot be refunded. Simply Wellness will not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please note a 10% restocking and payment processing fee will be charged for all orders that are cancelled.  Shipping charges will not be refunded once order is placed. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.

Due to the hand made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.
